Export Manager & Global Strategist for Faro CNC
As the Export Manager for Faro CNC, my responsibility extends beyond managing foreign sales. My role is to be the architect and the driving force behind the brand’s international presence, building and strengthening a network of strategic partners who bring the excellence of Italian technology to every corner of the world.
Managing the Global Network of Resellers and Agents
The heart of our global expansion is a robust network of business partners, including strategic resellers like Piramit and specialized agents in dozens of countries. My primary function is to coordinate, train, and constantly support this network to ensure success. This includes:
- Technical and Commercial Training: I provide our partners with all the tools and expertise to best represent Faro’s excellence and innovation.
- Strategic Support: I collaborate with each reseller to define the most effective market strategies, adapting them to local specificities.
- Global Coordination: I ensure that every market, from North America to Southeast Asia, receives the same high level of expertise, service, and consistency with our brand values.
International Fairs: The World Stage
Industry trade fairs are a crucial part of my work. It’s not just about showcasing a machine, but about representing Italian technological leadership on a competitive stage. During these events, my role is to:
- Manage relationships with key clients and potential partners.
- Analyze trends in emerging markets to anticipate future needs.
- Demonstrate live the superiority of our CNC solutions, capturing the attention of the industry’s most qualified and demanding professionals.
Personalized Demos: The Custom-Tailored Solution
This is the phase where my dual nature—technical and commercial—finds its fullest expression. Every client has unique needs, and a personalized demo is the moment when I translate the complex technical specifications of our machines into concrete solutions for their production and creative challenges. Whether it’s an online session or a live demonstration at the client’s facility or our Dubai Academy, my goal is singular: to show not what the machine does, but what it can do for their specific business.
