As the Export Manager for Faro CNC, I often speak about precision, innovation, and the incredible capabilities of our machines[cite: 76, 77]. While I’m deeply proud of the technology we create, I’m even more proud of the people I work with. At Faro, we don’t just say we’re a team; we live it. That’s why I was thrilled to share a recent team-building day where we swapped our CNC machines for the timeless canals of Venice.

Shared experiences build the strongest bonds.

We spent the day on a boat, exploring the hidden corners of the Venetian lagoon. It’s in these moments—sharing stories and a meal—that professional relationships transform into a genuine family bond. This collaborative and serene spirit is the same one that allows us to tackle complex challenges with confidence and efficiency every single day.

Our journey concluded in one of Venice’s most evocative areas, the Ghetto, for a wonderful dinner at Pizzeria Stazzeria. This spot, famously reviewed by the prestigious Gambero Rosso, provided the perfect warm atmosphere to reflect on our shared success and look toward the future.

Experiences like this reaffirm a core truth for me: Faro is much more than just a company. It’s a family, and I am incredibly proud to be a part of it.
